1. General Refund Policy

At Universal Elements, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of of software licensing, refunds are strictly limited to specific cases as outlined below.

2. No Refund for Activated Licenses

Once a Google Workspace license has been sold, activated, or renewed, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all products and services provided through Universal Elements.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• A duplicate or mistaken payment made by the customer where no license or service has been provisioned.
• A technical error in the payment gateway that results in an unprocessed order.

4. Refund Process

• Customers must raise a refund request within 7 working days of the transaction date.
• Refund requests can be sent to refund@unel.co.in with proof of payment and transaction details.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Successfully activated or renewed Google Workspace licenses.
• Services already rendered, setup fees, or consultation charges.
