1. Introduction

Welcome to Universal Elements. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of Google Workspace licenses and related services (“Products” or “Services”) provided by Universal Elements. By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products and Services

Universal Elements is an authorized reseller of Google Workspace licenses and related software products. All licenses sold are genuine, directly provisioned through Google’s authorized reseller program.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments for Google Workspace licenses must be made 100% in advance before license activation or renewal.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, or any mode approved by Universal Elements.
  • The license will be provisioned only after full payment is received.

4. License Delivery

  • Once payment is confirmed, the licenses will be activated and linked to the customer's Google Workspace account.
  • Delivery is considered complete when the license is assigned and made functional.

5. Non-Return and Non-Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. Once a license is sold, activated, or renewed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • License durations (monthly/annual) are as per the selected plan and governed by Google Workspace’s terms.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate domain and account details during purchase.
  • Any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Universal Elements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Universal Elements shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the Product purchased.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Modifications

Universal Elements reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on our official website.
